Wondering what food is included on MSC Seascape? 🍽️ During our 7-night Western Caribbean cruise, we explored the complimentary dining options available throughout the ship and were impressed by the variety of food included with the cruise fare.

The Marketplace Buffet on Deck 16 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a rotating selection of items. During our sailing, we found everything from omelet stations, fresh fruit, pastries, and bacon at breakfast to carving stations, pizza, burgers, salads, international dishes, desserts, and soft-serve ice cream throughout the day. 🍕🍔🍰
Fresh fruit was available throughout the day at the MSC Seascape Marketplace Buffet and was one of our favorite healthy snack options.
We also checked out some of the additional complimentary breakfast options available onboard, including the Loft Café, Hola! Tacos & Cantina, and Butcher’s Cut Steakhouse. While Hola! Tacos & Cantina and Butcher’s Cut are specialty restaurants in the evenings, guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast there in the mornings.
For a more traditional dining experience, MSC Seascape’s main dining rooms offer breakfast, brunch, and dinner. During our cruise, we enjoyed a variety of appetizers, entrées, and desserts, including prime rib, New York strip steak, lobster on gala night, cheesecake, tiramisu, and the classic baked Alaska. 🦞🍰
A complimentary lobster and shrimp entrée was one of the highlights of gala night in the MSC Seascape main dining room. 🦞

Finding the right luggage can make a big difference when you’re traveling, whether you’re heading out on a cruise, flying across the country, or planning a weekend getaway. We’ve been using Level8 luggage for several years and have been very happy with its durability, organization, and smooth-rolling performance. That’s why we were excited to add the new Level8 Grace 3-Piece Luggage Set to our travel gear collection.
In our latest video, we take a detailed look at the Level8 Grace luggage set, including the 20-inch carry-on, 24-inch checked suitcase, and 28-inch checked suitcase, covering the features, storage, organization, TSA locks, spinner wheels, and overall design.
What Is Included in the Level8 Grace 3-Piece Luggage Set?
The Level8 Grace luggage set includes three different suitcase sizes designed to cover a wide range of travel needs:
20-inch Carry-On Suitcase
24-inch Checked Suitcase
28-inch Checked Suitcase
The set is available in Navy, Champagne, and Black, making it easy to choose a style that fits your travel preferences.
The Level8 Grace 3-Piece Luggage Set is available in Navy, Champagne, and Black, with each collection including a 20-inch carry-on, 24-inch checked suitcase, and 28-inch checked suitcase. 🧳✈️
First Impressions
One of the first things that stood out to us was the sleek and professional appearance of the luggage. The micro-diamond textured finish, ribbed shell design, and protective corner guards give the suitcases a premium look while also helping protect them from the bumps and knocks that can happen during travel.
The larger checked suitcases feature reinforced corner guards on all four upper corners, while the carry-on includes corner protection on the front upper corners.
A closer look at the Level8 Grace luggage highlights the reinforced corner guards, stylish Champagne finish, and durable hard-shell design built to help protect your luggage during travel. 🧳✈️
Durable Yet Lightweight Design
The Grace luggage set uses a lightweight ABS shell that offers a nice balance between durability and weight. We’ve had excellent experiences with previous Level8 luggage, including one suitcase that survived an unexpected tumble down an entire flight of stairs with no damage to the luggage itself.
One of our favorite features of Level8 luggage has always been the wheels.
The 360-degree spinner wheels roll incredibly smoothly, making it easy to navigate airports, cruise terminals, hotels, and city streets. In fact, they roll so well that we’ve occasionally had to chase after a suitcase when it started rolling away on a slight incline!
The multi-stop telescopic handles are comfortable to use and accommodate travelers of different heights.
Organized Packing for Easier Travel
The 24-inch and 28-inch suitcases open almost evenly down the middle, making packing and organization simple.
Inside you’ll find:
Large zippered mesh divider
Additional storage pocket
Adjustable compression straps
Fully lined interior
We paired our luggage with Level8 Compression Packing Cubes, which have become one of our favorite travel accessories. Packing cubes make it easy to stay organized and significantly speed up unpacking when arriving at a hotel or cruise ship cabin.
Level8 compression packing cubes help keep clothing organized and make packing and unpacking quicker, especially for cruises and longer trips where staying organized is important. 🧳✈️
Carry-On Features We Love
The 20-inch carry-on includes several features that stood out during our review.
One of the most useful additions is the dedicated front compartment designed for travel technology.
This compartment includes:
Padded 15-inch laptop sleeve
Tablet storage
Zippered accessory pockets
Velcro storage compartments
Pen holder
The design allows easy access to your laptop and travel essentials while moving through airport security or waiting at the gate.
Built-In TSA Locks
All three suitcases include integrated TSA-approved locks, eliminating the need for separate padlocks.
The carry-on also includes an additional TSA lock for securing the front laptop compartment, helping protect valuable electronics while traveling.
The Level8 Grace luggage features a built-in TSA-approved combination lock and durable YKK zippers, helping keep your belongings secure while traveling. 🔒✈️
Our Overall Thoughts
After taking a close look at the Level8 Grace 3-Piece Luggage Set, we came away impressed with the combination of durability, organization, and thoughtful design.
Some of our favorite features include:
Protective corner guards
Smooth-rolling spinner wheels
Durable YKK zippers

One of the first things that stood out to us aboard MSC Seascape was the ship’s design. The vessel feels modern, bright, and spacious, with plenty of beautiful public areas to explore. Throughout the week, we found ourselves constantly discovering new viewpoints, relaxing spaces, and activities.
Some of our favorite areas included:

Times Square
The stunning atrium
We especially enjoyed the aft areas of the ship, including the Bridge of Sighs, which offered some fantastic ocean views and a unique perspective of the ship’s wake. The Marina Pool and Jungle Pool were both great places to relax, while Pirates Cove Aquapark added plenty of family fun with waterslides and splash areas.

🛏️ Bella Class Balcony Cabin 10024 Review
For this cruise, we stayed in Bella Class Balcony Cabin 10024 on Deck 10.
One of the biggest surprises was just how quiet this cabin was. Throughout the week, we experienced very little noise from neighboring cabins or public spaces, making it one of the quieter cruise cabins we’ve stayed in.
Inside our MSC Seascape Bella Class Balcony Cabin 10024, featuring a comfortable bed, couch, vanity, storage space, and private balcony during our 7-night Caribbean cruise. 🚢🌴
👍 Likes
Comfortable bed
Spacious couch

Modern cabin design
One of our wishes for this cabin was additional storage space, as we found the available storage somewhat limited during our 7-night cruise.
🤔 Wishes
Small shower
Cabin temperature could have been cooler
Metal balcony railing instead of glass
Limited storage space
While the balcony offered great outdoor space, the metal railing partially blocked views when seated compared to a glass balcony.
Despite those minor issues, we were very happy with the cabin overall and would gladly stay here again.
🍕 Free Food & Restaurants

The Marketplace Buffet quickly became one of our favorite dining venues onboard.
Highlights included:

⚓ Final Thoughts
After spending 7 nights aboard MSC Seascape, we came away impressed by the ship’s beautiful design, enjoyable pool areas, complimentary dining options, entertainment, and welcoming atmosphere.
While there were a few areas we would improve, the positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would happily sail aboard MSC Seascape again in the future.
If you’re considering booking MSC Seascape, we hope this review helps you understand what to expect and whether this ship is the right fit for your next cruise vacation. 🚢☀️
Our final day aboard MSC Seascape had arrived, and while it’s always a little bittersweet knowing a cruise is coming to an end, we were determined to make the most of every moment. Day 7 was a relaxing sea day filled with great food, fun activities, entertainment, and one final chance to enjoy everything this beautiful ship has to offer before returning to Galveston. ☀️
🍳 Breakfast at Butcher’s Cut
We started our morning with breakfast at Butcher’s Cut, MSC Seascape’s specialty steakhouse, which offers a complimentary breakfast service. We enjoyed fresh pastries, coffee, juice, a smoothie bowl, and steak and eggs while taking in beautiful ocean views from our table by the window.
After breakfast, we stopped by the Loft Café for coffee and a few extra pastries before heading to one of the most important events of the day.
🎭 MSC Seascape Disembarkation Presentation
At the Chora Theatre, we attended the disembarkation presentation where MSC explained the procedures for departure day. Guests learned about luggage collection, departure zones, walk-off options, and timing for the following morning.
One pleasant surprise was seeing the captain and senior officers participate in the presentation while also recognizing many of the hardworking crew members who help make each cruise memorable.

☀️ Pool Olympics, Snow Party & Sea Day Activities
The afternoon was packed with activities around the Marina Pool on Deck 18.
The MSC Pool Olympics brought plenty of laughs as guests competed in fun challenges including relay races, inflatable tube competitions, and team games in the pool.
Immediately afterward, the Snow Party took over the pool deck with music, dancing, and foam bubbles flying through the air. Despite the windy conditions, guests were fully engaged and enjoying the lively atmosphere.
We also watched the entertaining Officers vs Guests competition, featuring bottle flipping challenges, singing contests, team games, and plenty of friendly competition between crew members and passengers.
Of course, no sea day would be complete without a stop for ice cream 🍦 and some relaxing time in the hot tubs while soaking up the Caribbean sunshine.
🎤 MSC Seascape Crew Talent Show
Later in the afternoon, we attended the MSC Seascape Crew Talent Show in the Chora Theatre.
This special performance showcased talented crew members from various departments throughout the ship. From singers to performers representing different areas of the vessel, it was a wonderful opportunity to see another side of the people who work so hard behind the scenes during every cruise.

One of the highlights of our final evening was Italian Night in the Cala Jondal Restaurant.
As we entered the dining room, the wait staff welcomed guests with singing, dancing, decorations, and festive Italian-themed celebrations. The entire restaurant was transformed with Italian colors, music, and energy.
Our dinner included:
Caprese Salad
Fried Calamari with Marinara Sauce
Chicken Parmigiana
Linguini alle Vongole
Tiramisu
Lemoncello Cake
The food was excellent, and it was a fun way to celebrate our final evening aboard MSC Seascape.

The show combined music, color, and high-energy performances into an entertaining production that quickly became one of our favorite shows of the cruise.
At the conclusion of the performance, MSC also took time to recognize many of the crew members who helped create an unforgettable experience throughout the week.
📸 Officer Selfies in the Atrium
Before calling it a night, we attended the Officer Selfie event in the atrium.
Guests had the opportunity to meet officers from around the ship and take complimentary photos using their own phones. It was another example of how visible and approachable the officers were throughout our sailing.

Day 6 of our MSC Seascape Caribbean cruise brought us to Cozumel, Mexico, where we set off on one of the most unique excursions of our trip. We booked the MSC Cruises Caverns and Underground Swim and Shopping in Playa del Carmen excursion, which took us across the water to the mainland and deep into the fascinating Cenote Chaak Tun cave system. From underground caverns and crystal-clear waters to exploring the streets of Playa del Carmen, this turned into an unforgettable day ashore before another fun evening aboard MSC Seascape.
Ferry to Playa del Carmen & Cenote Chaak Tun Adventure ⛴️🌴
Our day began with a ferry ride from Cozumel to Playa del Carmen, followed by a short shuttle ride to Cenote Chaak Tun. After getting fitted with water shoes, life jackets, helmets, and snorkeling masks, we entered the underground cave system for an incredible guided adventure.
Inside the cenotes, we explored ancient limestone caverns filled with impressive rock formations, stalactites, stalagmites, and crystal-clear freshwater pools. We navigated narrow cave passages, learned about the geology of the area, and spent time swimming through the refreshing underground waters. The cave system was much larger than we expected, and the experience felt like stepping into another world.
Passengers aboard the ferry to Playa del Carmen enjoy views of MSC Seascape docked in Cozumel before beginning their Cenote Chaak Tun cave adventure. 🚢🌊
Exploring Playa del Carmen 🏖️🛍️
After our cave adventure, we returned to Playa del Carmen for some free time. We spent time wandering through the colorful streets, browsing local shops, and soaking in the atmosphere of this popular beach destination.
We also made our way down to the waterfront to enjoy views of the beautiful beach and Caribbean Sea before heading back to meet our excursion group. While our time was limited, it gave us a great glimpse of Playa del Carmen and left us wanting to return for a longer visit in the future.
Back on MSC Seascape 🚢
After the ferry ride back to Cozumel and returning to the ship, we cleaned up and headed out for another evening aboard MSC Seascape. Tonight featured a fun western-themed atmosphere throughout the ship, complete with themed music and menu selections in the main dining room.
Dinner at the Cala Jondal Restaurant included Texas-style favorites such as smoked brisket, pulled pork quesadillas, cornbread, and peach cobbler. It was another enjoyable meal and a great way to end an action-packed day ashore.
“In Concert” Show & Officers in Motion 🎸🎭
The evening entertainment included the “In Concert” production show in the Chora Theatre. This high-energy performance featured live music, talented singers, dancers, and rock classics that had the audience fully engaged throughout the show.
Afterward, we headed to the ship’s atrium for the popular Officers in Motion event, where MSC officers joined guests for a fun evening of dancing and entertainment. It was a lively way to wrap up another fantastic day onboard.
Final Thoughts
Day 6 combined adventure, exploration, and entertainment into one memorable cruise day. From swimming through the underground waters of Cenote Chaak Tun to exploring Playa del Carmen and enjoying another great evening aboard MSC Seascape, this was easily one of the highlights of our Caribbean cruise.
If you’re visiting Cozumel on an MSC cruise and looking for something unique beyond the beaches, this excursion is definitely worth considering.
Day 5 of our MSC Seascape Caribbean cruise brought us to the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras. From relaxing at West Bay Beach and snorkeling along the reef to enjoying one of the best evening shows of the cruise, this turned out to be an unforgettable day aboard the MSC Seascape.
Arrival in Roatan & Heading to West Bay 🌴☀️
We started the morning with breakfast at the buffet before disembarking in Coxen Hole, Roatan. After meeting our private excursion driver outside the port, we made the scenic drive across the island to West Bay Beach, where we had booked the Bananarama Resort Beach Day Pass through Shore Excursioneer.
The drive over gave us a chance to see more of the island’s lush scenery before arriving at the beach resort. Once there, we got settled into our loungers under the palm trees and explored the beautiful beach area and resort amenities.
Snorkeling at Bananarama Resort 🐟🌊
One of the highlights of the day was definitely the snorkeling. We headed down toward the reef area near the far end of West Bay Beach, where the snorkeling conditions were fantastic. There were plenty of colorful fish, coral formations, and even a large puffer fish hiding among the rocks.
The water was warm and easy to access from the beach, making this a great snorkeling spot for both excursions and independent travelers. We brought our own snorkeling gear, but there were rental options available nearby for visitors who needed equipment.
As the afternoon went on, clouds and rain started moving into the area, so we decided to cut our beach day a little short and return to the cruise port early with another excursion group. Even with the weather changing, it was still an amazing experience.
Relaxing beach loungers at Bananarama Resort in West Bay, Roatan before an afternoon of snorkeling and beach time during our MSC Seascape Caribbean cruise.
Sailaway & Dinner on MSC Seascape 🚢
Back onboard the MSC Seascape, we enjoyed watching the sailaway from Roatan before getting ready for another evening of dining and entertainment. We returned to the Cala Jondal Restaurant for dinner, where we had another excellent meal and outstanding service from our dining team.
For appetizers, Andrea enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup while I ordered Caesar salad and escargot, which turned out to be one of the best escargot dishes I’ve had on a cruise. For the main course, I tried the fish and chips while Andrea enjoyed the roast beef tenderloin with potatoes and vegetables.
Dessert included a dulce de leche cream cake and a layered apple cake with cinnamon sauce, both paired perfectly with coffee after dinner.
Love Blooms Show at Chora Theatre 🎭✨
The evening wrapped up with the Love Blooms production show at the Chora Theatre, which ended up being our favorite show of the cruise so far. The performance combined singing, dancing, aerial acts, colorful visuals, and a nature-themed love story that was captivating from start to finish.
The aerial performances and stage production were especially impressive, and it was one of those shows we almost wanted to watch a second time before the cruise ended.
Tomorrow, we arrive in Cozumel, Mexico, where we’ll take a ferry to the mainland for a cavern and underground swim adventure!
Our first port day on the MSC Seascape was absolutely unforgettable as we pulled into Costa Maya, Mexico. From wildlife in the port to spotting turtles in the water, here is a look at our Day 4 adventures.
The flamingos at the Costa Maya port were so active and vocal during our visit! 🦩 It’s a great free experience to see these beautiful birds right within the port area as you head out for the day.
Snorkeling and The Krazy Lobster 🌮🌊
We started with a quick breakfast in the Green Wave Restaurant before taking a taxi to The Krazy Lobster. This beach club served as our home base for a private snorkeling excursion booked through Shore Excursioner. The absolute highlight was heading out on the boat and seeing sea turtles! 🐢 The water was perfectly warm, making for an incredible experience on the reef. After snorkeling, we relaxed at the club with some beef nachos and cold beverages.
Exploring the Malecon 🏝️✨
Following our time at the beach club, we explored the Malecon, checking out the local shops and the lighthouse. It was a beautiful afternoon for a stroll, and with the weather so comfortable, we decided to walk back to the ship. It was about a 40 minute walk from the lighthouse back to the port area, which was a great way to take in the sights.
White Night Celebrations 🤍✨
Back on board, it was time for the highly anticipated White Night. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Cala Jondal Restaurant, where the New York strip steak and cheesecake were winners. 🥩🍰 For entertainment, we caught a funny comedy show by Jeff Capri in the Chora Theatre and a variety show at Le Cabaret Rouge. We finished the night dancing under the stars at the massive White Night party by the marina pool. 💃🕺
Costa Maya provided the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Subscribe to our channel so you don’t miss our next stop in Roatán!
Our second sea day on the MSC Seascape was the perfect mix of high energy fun and formal elegance. If you are planning a trip on this ship, Day 3 is a highlight you definitely do not want to miss.
The Ultimate Sea Day Brunch 🥐☕
We started our morning at the Green Wave Restaurant for the Tour de Brunch. Unlike the standard breakfast from previous days, this special menu featured a mix of breakfast and lunch items like burgers and specialty dishes. We loved the whipped yogurt parfait with fresh strawberries and the Huevos Rancheros which came with a generous serving of guacamole.
Shopping and Pirate’s Cove 🌊🎢
After browsing the logo store on Deck 8 for souvenirs and grabbing a soft serve ice cream, we headed to Pirate’s Cove on Deck 18. We spent the afternoon testing the racer slides and the high speed tube slide, which was the fastest of the bunch. We also relaxed in the hot tubs where staff ensured the area stayed peaceful and not overcrowded.
Taking in the views at Pirate’s Cove before we tackled the waterslides on Deck 18 of the MSC Seascape.
Gala Night and Entertainment 💃🕺
Day 3 is a Formal Night and the ship felt incredibly elegant. We returned to the Cala Jondal Restaurant for an amazing meal:
Main Event: We ordered the duo of broiled lobster tail and grilled jumbo shrimp.
Surf and Turf: We splurged $5 to add a second entree of filet mignon with truffle mashed potatoes.
Dessert: The Baked Alaska and the crunchy Royal Cake were the perfect finish.
Before the romantic “Young at Heart” musical show, we attended the Captain’s Welcome in the Chora Theatre to meet the senior officers. We capped off the night with a visit to Le Cabaret Rouge and the high energy Silent Disco in the atrium. It was a perfect sea day before we head to Costa Maya tomorrow!
Our Caribbean adventure on the MSC Seascape continues! After an amazing departure from Galveston, day two brought our very first sea day. We took full advantage of the opportunity to slow down, rejuvenate, and really explore what this ship has to offer. 🌊✨
Morning Highlights & Buffet Finds 🍳
We started the morning by heading up to the Marketplace Buffet on Deck 16. Even though we hit the buffet during the peak 10:00 AM rush, we discovered that heading all the way to the aft of the ship is the best way to find seating quickly. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring everything from custom omelets to a unique pineapple juice that we haven’t seen on other cruise lines! 🍍☕
After breakfast, we headed to Le Cabaret Rouge for the Master Chef show. It is an official partnership with the hit TV show, and it was a blast to watch guests participate in a cake decorating challenge judged by the ship’s executive team. 👨🍳🎂
Afternoon Relaxation & Pizza Testing 🍕
You can’t go on an MSC cruise without trying the pizza, so we put it to the test! Freshly made with a perfect thin crust, it definitely lived up to the hype. We spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the sun, enjoying the long infinity-style hot tubs on Deck 8, and taking in the views from our balcony. ☀️🛀
The MSC pizza station was a highlight—here are two of the delicious varieties we tried! (It lived up to the hype.)
Tropical Night & Evening Entertainment 🌺
As the sun began to set, the ship transformed for Tropical Night. We enjoyed our first dinner at the Cala Jondal restaurant, where we were treated to a fantastic meal including golden fried seafood and Key Lime pie. 🥧🍤
The night finished with a high-energy Tropical Party in the four-story atrium. Between the live music at the Loft Cafe and the “Premiere” show in the Chora Theatre, it was a sea day to remember. 🎶💃
